Brown Commercial Group, Inc. is a privately held commercial real
restate company specializing in industrial, office, and investment
property. In addition, we have experience in land acquisition as
well as new construction projects with local developers. Brown
Commercial Group, Inc.'s emphasis is on building relationships with
our clients and their communities. Understanding the client's
business model and what they are trying to accomplish is key to our

With over 25 years of combined experience
we have extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland area and as far west
as Rochelle, IL. Through that experience we have built many
relationships, and gained a thorough understanding of the
intricacies to negotiate and secure the most timely and favorable
